Hello, and welcome to my tutorial
page for removing the arms from your Voltron III.
This does not apply for the Toynami set; only Matchbox, Trendmasters, and the
bootlegs of those sets.

So, you've
got your Voltron, and now you're ready to disassemble back into lion form.
But the arms wont come out!!! What the??? Well, here are 2 ways to
remove the arms, complete with pictures. Keep in mind though, that the
spaces between your Red & Green Lions to the Black Lion is very small, and these
methods could damage the paint a little bit.
Ironically, a friend sent a
scanned copy of directions included in the
Go-Lion sets that say the EXACT same thing as this tutorial.
Option1:

Arrange
Voltron into the above position. Like the gymnast move, extending the arms
straight out.

You then
grab the lion you are working on (in this case Red Lion) and you're going to be
moving the lion like you're putting the arms back at Voltron's sides.

While in
the downward motion, pull outward gently with your fingers on the lion's rear section.
Doing this, should pop the lion right out as indicated in the picture.
Option
2:

Basically, the same as option 1, but in reverse. The motion is the same,
but if the lion didn't pop out from moving the lion from at the side to straight
out, then pulling gently while moving the lion into position is the key for your
Voltron.

Make
sure to have your fingers on the rear section of the lion while pulling outward
while moving the lion upwards this time.

These
steps should result in the arm disconnecting from the body.

Either
option you decide to use, the end result is that your Voltron is now separated!
Enjoy the magnificent toy that is Voltron!
*Thanks to
my friend John for holding Voltron for these pictures.
